Robert Mercer Sr. founded this company out of his truck in 1978 with three customers and a reputation for showing up on time. His son Dale joined in 1995, and now Dale's son, Tyler, runs the field crews. Three generations — same last name, same phone number, same commitment.

We're not a franchise. We don't sub out work to strangers. When you call us, a Mercer — or someone who's worked alongside one for years — shows up at your door. We've fixed pipes in Austin homes that have been in families as long as ours has been in business.
